Residence Thessoni home offers furnished serviced studios & apartments for longer stays – ideal for long stay, project work or transition phases. You live privately like in an apartment, complemented by selected services. The conditions are offered as monthly guideline rates and confirmed in a personal offer.

The studios & apartments are furnished and ready. You move in and start living right away – with a private retreat and access to the Loft Kitchen.

Live monthly – stay flexible

You live at your own pace. Cleaning and further services are organised, additional services are optional. Billing is usually monthly in advance.

24/7 Self check-in – arrive flexibly like at reception

At Thessoni home you can check in flexibly at any time – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The self check-in machine replaces the classic reception and makes your arrival independent of reception hours.

You can pay conveniently by credit or debit card and take your room key directly. Even if you arrive later, you can get to your studio or apartment quickly and easily.

Tip: Self check-in is ideal if you arrive outside classic office hours.

Types – what options are available?

Depending on the floor plan and amenities, the studios mainly differ in size and the kitchen solution. This way we can find the right combination of comfort and budget for any length of stay.

Studios & apartments with a private kitchen

Ideal if you like to cook independently – with your own kitchenette or cupboard kitchen in the studio.

Studios without a private kitchen

A streamlined option – you also use the spacious Loft Kitchen as a comfortable addition.

Loft Kitchen – the heart of extra comfort

All studios & apartments have access to the spacious Loft Kitchen. It complements studios with a private kitchen – and at the same time offers a comfortable alternative for studios without their own kitchen solution. This keeps your everyday life flexible, without having to give up practical infrastructure.

Municipal registration from 90 days

For stays of 90 days or more, the rental agreement from Residence Thessoni home can usually be used for registration with the responsible municipality.

We will be happy to issue you a corresponding rental agreement for this purpose. Final acceptance is at the discretion of the respective municipality. However, we are happy to support you with the necessary documents.

Note: When registering a place of residence in Switzerland, additional personal fees may apply (e.g. SERAFE for radio/TV). Whether and when this applies depends on the individual situation and the registration.

For stays of 90 days or more, the rental agreement from Residence Thessoni home can usually be used for registration with the municipality. The final decision lies with the responsible municipality. We will be happy to support you with the required documents.
SERAFE is a personal levy in Switzerland and is generally not included in the rental price. Whether and from when payment is required depends on the individual situation (e.g. registration of residence). If you have questions, we are happy to provide guidance, but definitive information is given by the responsible authorities.
Pets such as dogs or cats are possible depending on the studio type and availability. Please mention this already in your enquiry so we can check suitable options.
Providing a budget is optional, but it helps us suggest suitable studio types more quickly and avoid unnecessary follow-up questions.
The concept is designed for longer stays (long stay). Weekly or monthly stays are ideal. The exact minimum stay depends on availability and time period and will be confirmed in the offer.
There are studios with a private kitchenette/cupboard kitchen as well as studios without a private kitchen. All guests also have access to the Loft Kitchen. In the offer we show you the available types.
The monthly price (guideline rate) typically includes furnishings, Wi-Fi/TV, utilities, use of the Loft Kitchen as well as the defined cleaning interval and security services. The details are listed transparently in your offer.
If invoicing is issued to a company, VAT may apply (input tax deductible). We will show this accordingly in the offer.
